An exciting new event was added to Karlovy Vary’s cultural and social calendar, the First Vienna Ball it took place on March 16, 2019. Famous artists, cultural professionals, businesspeople and everyone who is passionate about Austrian culture and ball traditions they gathered at the imposing Grand Hotel Pupp* in the heart of Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic.
The Ball revives the great traditions of Vienna balls abroad, attracting attention to the rich history of Austrian culture, and preserving cultural and ethical values for future generations. The Ball’s eventful programme is geared towards fans of Austrian classical opera and those who enjoy dancing to classical and modern tunes.
During this year’s ball guests had the opportunity the pleasure to watch stunning performances of Kostyantyn and Nadiia Panchenko, who are reigning Austrian ballroom dance champions.
Furthermore, they could dance all evening to the live music of symphonic and jazz orchestras.
